Here at Baqless we understand and take care of the skin prone to sensitivity and irritation. That is why the patented Baqless system is made of surgical stainless steel (316L) typically used in the medical field, making our earrings both hypoallergenic and unbelievably sturdy.
For Baqless products we use only high-quality stones from prominent suppliers such as Swarovski and Formica, which have always abided by the exceptional ethical and sustainability standards.
We use only genuinely cultured freshwater pearls, natural-coloured, hand-picked and perfectly matched by our experts. They come from controlled breeding in cruelty free environments. Since pearls are a natural product, there may be differences in color and shape. This is quite normal!
With an unparalleled understanding of how to set diamonds to showcase their brilliance, we never skimp on our stones which are all natural and selected carefully by size, degree of whiteness and cut.
At Baqless, it’s of the utmost importance for us that our suppliers comply with the rules of the Kimberley Agreement. In the Kimberley Process, the legal rough diamonds are marked as conflict-free by a certificate of accompaniment during import and export. This process aims to prevent the trade in so-called blood diamonds (rough diamonds sold to finance civil wars) and protect the legitimate diamond trade.
Our jewelry is designed for everyday use and active lifestyles, however, we recommend taking care of the earrings and cleaning them every two weeks.
Simply bathe them in some alcohol (at least 70%) for a few minutes or clean them with a little mild soap.
Then dry them with a clean cloth. Alternatively, you can use the ultrasonic cleaning devices to clean your jewelry.
To avoid any scratches we recommend keeping your earrings in a jewelry box or in the original package when you don't wear them.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely happy with your order, there is a possibility to return your Baqless product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the process.
Please note: The products must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and show no signs of being used. Only then the return can be carried out and Baqless will refund your money.
